  • 4 large Eggs
  • 6 slices Bread (white or whole wheat)
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • cup Maple Syrup
  • 4 tbsp Butter (for cooking)
  • 6 tsp Butter (for on top)


  • First take your eggs and place them in the bowl and take your fork and whip them up, so they are evenly mixed. Next, add the milk and throughly mixed until combined. After that add the cinnamon and stir into mixture.
    Then, after your mixture is made get your pan on the stove at medium heat. Now place in half the butter and let melt till it is sizzling. Next, take your bread and dip both sides of each slice into the egg mixture and place into the pan. Also you will probably only fit 3 in the pan, depending on pan size. Importantly, cook until lightly brown on both sides. Now place the other 3 on and cook the till they are done. Finally take your butter and place on each slice. Then pour the syrup over all of your slices (3 per serving).
