A mixture of cabbage, egg noodles, and cabbage.
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 package Kielbasa (14 oz)
- 6 oz Extra Wide Egg Noodles (½ package)
- 1 head Cabbage
First, you are going to want to get your egg noodle boiling, use directions on the bag for ‘al dente’. Then in the sauté pan on medium-high, melt half of the stick of butter. At the same time remove the first few leaves from the cabbage and toss them. Now at your discretion, add some leaves to the butter, as many leaves as you would like. Importantly keep in mind your leaves will cook down. Cook till tender.Now add the other half of the butter to the sauté pan with cabbage. Next take the kielbasa and cut into 1/4 inch slices and add to the sautéed leaves . Then sauté about 10 to 15 minutes. After that add in the egg noodles and sauté an additional 10 minutes.
