  • Large bowl
  • Large Pot
  • Instant Pot
  • Medium Sauce Pan
  • Spoon
  • Knife
  • Cutter Board
  • 15 x 11 Cake pan

  • 1 head Cabbage med/large
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice Instant is fine too
  • 2 cans Tomato Sauce (15oz can)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper

  • First, you are going to need to soften the cabbage, to make it easier to roll. Now, to do that, you can boil the cabbage for 25 minutes. As well as, an instant pot for about 25 minutes. Nevertheless, both ways will make the cabbage soft. Second, you are going to have to cook your rice, whether it’s instant rice or cooked rice. After that, you can start putting all of it together.
Now, to start take your bowl and put in your ground beef and  rice in it. Then, mix together throughly while adding the egg and tomato sauce. After that, stir in the onions,  garlic,  salt,  and  pepper. Next, add the Italian seasoning. Meanwhile take some tomato sauce and layer the bottom of the pan lightly. Next, take the ground beef mixture and roll into the cabbage leaves and place into the pan. As a result, you may have extra cabbage leaves, either cook them and eat them or toss them. Or use them for coleslaw!
Finally, pour tomato sauce on top of all the rolls. Then place foil over top and stick in oven for an hour and 45 minutes.
