Delicious homemade Spicy Chicken FajitasWARNING: HOT
Servings: 8 Fajitas
- 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 large Pepper Green, Red, Yellow.
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 Serrano Peppers
- 2 Finger Hot Peppers
- 1 Habanero Pepper
- 2 Red Fresno Peppers
- 2 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
- Some fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 6 to 8 small Fajita Wraps
- 1 jar Favorite Salsa
First, take your green/red/yellow pepper and cut in half, and remove all the seeds and then, cut into strips. Next, put half of the olive oilevenly into each one of the pieces of aluminum foil and place the strips of peppers evenly on top of the oil, that is on the foil. Second, take your hot peppers, you can remove the seeds if you want or just leave them in, cut off ends and cut into small strips. Now, place the hot peppers in the foil, on top of the other peppers.Third, take your onion, cut off ends, remove outer layer, and slice into small strips and place on top of the pepper mixture. Preheat grill or oven for 350. Finally, take your chicken, cut into small strips and evenly divide them between both foil mixtures. Then, add the fajita seasoningevenly between both foil mixtures. Now, squeeze the lime over top of the mixture.Now that you have everything cut and added to the foil, wrap the foil up, so that no steam can escape. Then place your wrapped up fajita mix in foil on to the grill, or in the oven. Next, cook in grill or oven for about 35 minutes. Finally, if you like your fajita wraps warm, wrap in foil and place on grill or in oven for the last 8 minutes of your fajita mixture cook time. Now, place mixture into fajita wraps and put some salsa on top.
