What you are going to need:

Mixing up some Vegetable soup:
First, take your stock pot and add in the 1 (32) Vegetable Stockvegetable stock and 1½ cup Waterwater. Next, you are going to want to add the 1½ lbs Beef Stew Meatmeat and start heating that. After that, go on and cut up your 2 large Potatoespotatoes, 1 White Oniononion, 3 cloves Garlicgarlic, and 2 sticks Celerycelery, then add them to the pot. Next, put all of the 2 tsp. Basil Leaves
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Parsley
1 tbsp. Oreganospices into the mixture except the bay leaf.
Now, take the 32 oz package frozen Mixed Vegetablesfrozen mixed vegetables and add them to the mixture along with the 28 oz can petit diced Tomatoestomatoes. Finally, mix the soup together and add the 1 Bay Leafbay leaf to the top of the mixture put a lid on your pot and let the vegetable soup simmer for about an hour.
NOTE: If you ever used bay leaves before, make sure you remove bay leaf before serving.

- 1 32 oz. Vegetable Stock
- 1½ lb Beef Stew Meat
- 1 32 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 2 large Potatoes peeled
- 2 sticks Celery
- 1 med Onion
- 1 28 oz. Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1½ cup Water
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 tsp Basil Leaves
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Oregano
Instructions
- First, take your stock pot and add in the vegetable stock and water. Next, you are going to want to add the meat and start heating that. After that, go on and cut up your potatoes, onion, garlic, and celery, then add them to the pot. Next, put all of the spices into the mixture except the bay leaf.Now, take the frozen mixed vegetables and add them to the mixture along with the tomatoes. Finally, mix the soup together and add the bay leaf to the top of the mixture put a lid on your pot and let the vegetable soup simmer for about an hour.
