 1 cup Sugar
 2 Eggs
 3 ripe Bananas (crushed)
 2 cups All Purpose Flour
 1 teaspoon Salt
 ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
 ½ cup chopped Nuts (Pecan or Walnut your choice)

 Spoon
 2 9x5x3 Loaf Pans

Mixing up your Banana Bread:

Preheat oven to 350°.
First, take your mixer and add the ½ cup Shorteningshortening, 1 cup Sugarsugar, and 2 Eggseggs to the mixing bowl. Cream ingredients very thoroughly together. Now, after you got the mixture well creamed you’re ready for the next part. Therefore, add the 3 ripe Bananasbananas and beat into the mixture well. Then, next you are going to blend in the 2 cups All Purpose Flourflour, 1 tsp. Baking Sodabaking soda, 1 tsp. Saltsalt, and ½ tsp. cinnamoncinnamon into the banana mixture until well blended.
Finally, mix in the ½ cup chopped Nutsnuts. As a result, an easy mixture ready for baking.

Ready for baking:

First, take your 2 Loaf pans and grease (apply shortening to) and flour (sprinkle flour all through the insides of the pan) them both. Next, take your batter and divide them equally between both pans. Finally, bake both at 350° for 1 hour or until the toothpick comes out clean. In conclusion, let banana bread cool slightly and remove from pans.
