Chocolate Chunk cookies with Pecans recipe

Now when making chocolate chunk cookies with pecans, you have to remember not to eat all of the chocolate chunks. Although this is true, one or two won’t hurt. Nevertheless this recipe brings out the chocolate and the pecans the best. However the cookie dough itself, is a winner too. And when these two get together, a very pleasant taste is awoken in the taste buds.

This recipe can be used when making cookies for family gatherings, friend get-togethers, also sporting events, and for just a little cookie snack for later. While this is true, it is a good habit to let the customers(cookie eaters) know that they do contain pecans. After all you never know who is allergic of pecans out there. Thus a good reason to make some without pecans too. As a matter of fact, there are other desserts you can check out on this site, to keep your options open. Delicious, nothing more to say.

Now, the reason we removed the “beaters” is, because it is much easier to mix by hand, with a spoon, than with the mixer. Plus, the out come is better. Not, sure why it makes the cookies taste better but it does. With that in mind, make sure dough is well mixed and there is no dry flour noticeable.
Finally, add the 1 bag of Chocolate Chunkschocolate chunks and 1 cup chopped Pecanspecans to the mixture and mix well and evenly.

Baking time:

First of all, your baking sheet needs greased, with cooking spray or shortening. For best results, use parchment paper. Now, take your chocolate chip cookie batter and your spoon and drop a little over 1 inch or bigger drops of batter on the cookie sheet.
