Mixing up banana pudding pie:
1 cup Whipping Creammilk and whipping cream and give that a good stir.
3 tbsp. Cornstarch
3 Egg Yolkssugar, cornstarch, and egg yokes.
In the meantime, continuously stir, as the pudding will start to boil and thicken, and may burn if not stirring. Yet, once mixture has thicken, continue to boil for about 3 minutes more, while still stirring.
2 drops Lemon Juicevanilla and lemon juice.
Now, the lemon juice actually helps slow the browning of the bananas in the pudding. Finally, add pudding to the pie crust, filling it to the top, then cover and place in refrigerator to cool. Also, there should be leftover pudding, cover, chill, and eat later. In the end, remember to share with your family and friends, because they will love it and ask for more.
