Mixing up banana pudding pie:

First of all, start by 1 Homemade or Store bought Pie Crustbaking the pie crust whether homemade or store bought, the pie crust needs to be baked first.

Then, after the pie crust is baked and has started cooling, start making the pudding.

First, take your sauce pan and throw in the 3 (ripe) Bananasbananas and then mash them up with a potato masher or a spoon.
Second, add the 1 cup Milk
1 cup Whipping Cream
milk and whipping cream and give that a good stir.
Now, cook on medium-high and add in 1/2 cup Sugar
3 tbsp. Cornstarch
3 Egg Yolks
sugar, cornstarch, and egg yokes.

In the meantime, continuously stir, as the pudding will start to boil and thicken, and may burn if not stirring. Yet, once mixture has thicken, continue to boil for about 3 minutes more, while still stirring.

After that, remove from heat let cool some then add 1 tsp. Vanilla
2 drops Lemon Juice
vanilla and lemon juice.

Now, the lemon juice actually helps slow the browning of the bananas in the pudding. Finally, add pudding to the pie crust, filling it to the top, then cover and place in refrigerator to cool. Also, there should be leftover pudding, cover, chill, and eat later. In the end, remember to share with your family and friends, because they will love it and ask for more.
