First, take your pasta pot and fill it 3/4 with water, and place on the stove. Then, put the stove on high and bring water to a boil, and carefully place your 1 lb. Lasagna Noodleslasagna noodles in the pot.

With that in mind, please watch, and continuously stir to keep noodles from sticking to the pot or each other, cook about 13 minutes.

hamburger with the garlic and oregano.
Then, cook until brown.
After that, take your favorite 2 (24) oz. jars of your favorite Pasta Saucepasta sauce and mix in with the hamburger meat, let simmer on low.

Lasagna
Cook noodles, cook hamburger and add garlic and other seasonings, make cheese mixture. Then, put sauce on bottom of pan, and build.

Building the masterpiece:

Now, take your bowl 1 (24) oz. Ricotta Cheese
⅔ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
and mix up the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, Italian Seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Then, we start building the layers. First, take the meat sauce and put a thin layer on the bottom of the pan. (Keeps anything from sticking to bottom of the pan, also pictured) Second, lay three (3) lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.

Next, spread a layer of ricotta cheese mixture on top of the noodles.

Forth, take your 8 cups Mozzarellamozzarella and cover up the first layer. (More or less your choice in how much mozzarella)

Then, take three (3) more noodles and cover that layer of cheese up. Next, cover the noodle layer with sauce and then start over again until all ingredients are used up. (Sauce, noodles, cheese, noodles, sauce, noodles, cheese, noodles, sauce, etc..) Then, after all the noodles and ricotta cheese mixture are used up, put remaining mozzarella on top, and on top of that put remaining sauce.

Cooking your Lasagna:

First of all, take your foil and place on top of pan to cover lasagna. Then, place in oven and bake at 350°F/177°C for 1 hour. Later, after lasagna has cooked for an hour, remove foil from pan and bake an additional 15 minutes, uncovered. Finally, remove from oven and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes, the cheese will be extremely hot.
