Banana Bread Recipe

Now, when you’re out in the jungle and you are having troubles find something to eat. But, you’re surrounded by snakes, spiders, and a bunch of other creatures and you’re starting to get really hungry. Banana’s are all around you, and all you can think about is being on an awesome website, seeing a recipe for banana bread. Yet, you’re stuck in that jungle! Consequently, all of a sudden your alarm goes off and you wake up. At first, you are like, wow, I’m out of that jungle. But, then you realize the dream wasn’t about the jungle, is was about the banana bread. In other words, this is how good this banana bread is. However, don’t use this dream as a reference on how good it is, make it for yourself and try it.

With that in mind, let’s found out what is in it and makes it so good.

What you are going to need:

½ cup Shortening

1 cup Sugar

2 Eggs

3 ripe Bananas (crushed)

2 cups All Purpose Flour

1 teaspoon Salt

½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

½ cup chopped Nuts (Pecan or Walnut your choice)

Blender and mixing bowl

Spoon

2 9x5x3 Loaf Pans

Toothpick

Mixing up your Banana Bread:

Preheat oven to 350°.

First, take your blender and add the ½ cup Shortening
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
shortening, sugar, and eggs to the mixing bowl.

Cream ingredients very thoroughly together. Now, after you got the mixture well creamed you’re ready for the next part.

Therefore, add the 3 ripe Bananasbananas and beat into the mixture well.
Then, next you are going to blend in the 2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon into the banana mixture until well blended.
Finally, mix in the ½ cup chopped Nutsnuts. As a result, an easy mixture ready for baking.


Ready for baking:

First, take your 2 9x5x3 Loaf Pans
A little Shortening
A little Flour
Loaf pans and grease (apply shortening to) and flour (sprinkle flour all through the insides of the pan) them both.

Next, take your banana batter and divide them equally between both pans. Finally, bake both at 350° for 1 hour or until the toothpick comes out clean. In conclusion, let banana bread cool slightly and remove from pans.
